Despite the so-called worst summer soba, the flavor and umami of soba are packed. It had a good balance of elasticity and throat, and it was worth giving up on tempura and trying two loaves. Wasabi, grated radish, raw egg and condiments are also gorgeous. I want to stop by again during the new soba season

This is my favorite soba restaurant in the Kansai area. I've been going there since before the move, Even locally, the taste is still great. I prefer dashi with less sweetness, In the second half of the meal, the taste becomes even more delicious when the egg yolk is dissolved in the dashi stock. It's further away than the previous location, but I still go there while touring. The owner and staff are all friendly people. This is soba that I personally can absolutely recommend.

For the first time in years, I grated wasabi on shark skin and ate it. It was sticky and delicious. The soba noodles come out first, and the tempura comes a little later. It's the opposite of the pattern in Kanto where tempura comes out and you wait for sake. The store is also new, clean and calming. It also covers major QR payments.
