Hiyashi chuka looks voluminous and has a ridiculous amount of soup. The fried noodles were not the hard yakisoba that people call them, but sara udon, which are thick noodles that are completely fried. The taste is average, but the fried noodles are very cost-effective. When it comes to gyoza, I prefer juicy dumplings with more pork than vegetables, like Kyoto Osho, but although the appearance was not good, the inside was well grilled for that type, and it was fairly large considering the price. There are 8 of them. (I think in the past, the default size for one serving of gyoza was 7 or 8 pieces.) And although I don't really like chicken, I like having people to eat with, so I ordered the chicken tempura and it was a big hit. As for the quantity, the batter is light and the fried quality is just right, so the difference in juiciness remains quite high. (Of course it's thigh meat.) The store closes at 8 p.m., but I told customers who came before 7:30 that I was done for today because I was planning to close at 7:30. The cost performance and taste are perfect for this price.
