More Comments at Google MapI went in with low expectations, thinking it would be a local udon restaurant, but it exceeded my expectations. The udon was authentic and the tempura was well-fried. The store staff and manager were kind and the store was busy even though it was a weekday. It is very easy to use, as it has automatic accounting, which is rare for private stores, and allows card and QR payments.
“Handmade Udon Sanuki” is located in a narrow alley at the north exit of Hankyu Shojaku Station. Most of the reviews say that the restaurant is delicious. Last time I visited on a regular holiday, but I visited again. Today we added "Eggplant tempura" to the "Udon set meal". The udon noodles contain deep-fried tofu, grated yam kelp, and tempura bits, and the soup stock is very delicious. The quick rice is also very delicious with scorched rice! I got a set of other people's bowls today. It was delicious (^O^)
Udon soup stock is more delicious than sweetness. This is my favorite soup stock. The noodles are not thick, soft, and slightly chewy, just like in Osaka. There is a large amount of cutlet in the cutlet bowl, and it is crispy and flavored with the cutlet, and the cutlet alone is delicious. All the staff are friendly and clean. The price is set at 1,000 yen as a set. It's a hell of a shop. It's also on YouTube. It's delicious. It was so delicious. I'll come back later.
