Yoshino, Nara, Japan｜くにす食堂

Great restaurant created from a building that served as a pharmacy 100 years ago. The owner is very kind and the food is fantastic. This restaurant was the three-year project of a member of Japan’s national revitalization program, the Chiikiokoshi Kyoryokutai. Through these efforts new jobs were created and Yoshino has a new gem of a restaurant to add to its long list of treasures. If you want to get off the beaten tourism path this is a great place to relax and enjoy the lovely scenery of Yoshino.

I bought a bagel once and it was delicious, so I wanted to buy it again, so I tried using the cafe this time. The owner greeted me with a smile that I thought was a wonderful person at first sight. I had a matcha parfait and cheesecake set. It is very easy to eat because it is not a common parfait vessel but a flat dedicated vessel. In addition, all handmade gentle taste. I usually don't like brown sugar syrup, but the homemade brown sugar syrup was delicious. The cheesecake has a strong yogurt feel and is very light, but the tart part has a moderately soft and crispy feel, which is also delicious. Of course, the coffee that is carefully brewed is also delicious. It's far away, but it's a cafe I definitely want to visit again (*^^*)

The omelette rice, soup, salad, pickles, everything I ate was delicious! ! Also, the pudding is very delicious! This pudding has an exquisite hardness that will satisfy both those who like hard and those who like soft pudding. The atmosphere of the store and the staff's response were very good, and I was able to spend a pleasant time. No wonder so many people come from far away!
