The best ever Soba restaurant where I went to ! :D Everything is homemade, from the soba to the tempura and fried vegetables. You can either order a cold soba with tempura+vegetables or hot soba with tempura+vegetables. Their drinks menu is really good, they have a lot of choice. Nana-san and her mom hold this restaurant and you can feel their love for cooking in your plate. The place is located 5min from Nara Shinkansen station in a quiet neighbourhood and has a zen kind of ambiance. What's more, Nana-san speaks English and a bit of French ! Just go there guys if you want to eat homemade soba and tempura !

I’ve tried many ***/**/* + gastro-restaurants around the world… believe me, many!! This restaurant owned by Chef Nana, its a little even on heart. It deserve a visits from a Michelin or 50best inspector… as very few times these days the summons of ingredients where so perfectly blended in such super humble relaxing atmosphere. Its a must go to. A Very rare find!! Bravissima Chef Nana.

Walked here from Nara Park, was a long walk but totally worth it. The owner and daughter are so humble and excited for their guest. The noodles are traditionally handmade served both hot or cold and the tempura veggies/shrimp are delicious!! We were served hot tea that we drank through pretty fast cause of the amazing taste. Would recommend and I definitely plan to come back whenever I'm in the Nara area.
