Went at night for the first time. Sashimi is delicious. The menu is extensive and you can't go wrong. I'm happy to be able to eat soba with the same lineup as lunch. I want to go again.

The fish here is really delicious. And I can calm down. It feels like coming home. The food is also delicious. I always stop by when I want to treat myself. The prices are reasonable and I am always taken care of. This is a store that I wish would be here forever!

There are different types and tastes of soba noodles, so this is my taste. I also went to Daigaku in Akashi, but it's the same Sarashina soba. The way of boiling and tightening, the taste of the soup stock, etc. are completely different, so personally I love Shinzaike's soba and soup stock💕 Especially, "Chilled Ume Oroshi Soba" and "Tenzaru" I love you ❤
