It is a restaurant operated by Japan Sake company, so one can expect that Sake should be its selling point, which it is. You can find one of the best sake collections here. But the food is exceptionally well too! We went here for dinner on a 2019 October evening; the restaurant is located in a nice building with nice atmosphere. Not much choice other than set dinner menu as they want you focus on sake, but at least you can choose between beef, pork, duck breast, tempura or vegetarian. The soba noddle is good too!!! Nice food but most important, nice sake!!!

I made a reservation and visited on Saturday at 1pm. I enjoyed the food slowly while drinking the sake set. The items in the colorful flower basket are soba noodles with yam, butterbur, new potatoes, spring cabbage, whitebait, kettle-fried grated radish, cream cheese pickled in lees, conger eel, and cherry tofu with spray beans. Juwari Soba was satisfying to eat. The yuzu sorbet was refreshing. Soba tea is rich and delicious.
