I like the meat in the cold meat bukkake udon here, and I've been to this udon restaurant many times. As usual on this day, I ordered a large serving of cold meat bukkake udon topped with seaweed. Udon noodles are thick, chewy, and chewy. The meat is served after being heated, so if you eat cold udon and then eat hot meat, the delicious flavor of the meat will spread in your mouth ☺️

As someone who lives in the Kanto region, I have a fascination for the cheap and delicious food of the Kansai region, and I thought that udon would be the most representative dish, so I searched for it and visited. I have eaten at Hanamaru Udon and Marugame Seimen, but this is my first time at a Sanuki Udon restaurant. When I arrived in front of the store, which was located in a shopping district and would have been impossible to reach without a navigation system, I couldn't see the signboard that said the store name, so I thought maybe it was here. I entered the store even though I thought so. I visited around 3:00 pm and was told that the meat udon was sold out, so I ordered kake. It's thicker than any other udon noodles I've ever had, and has just the right amount of firmness, yet is smooth and delicious. I first ate it as is, then added green onions and tempura, and then added shichimi, and it was delicious. All the customers who came after me were also ordering meat udon, so I was really curious. Although it's far away, I want to come back to eat there again.

While moving around Amagasaki City, I wanted to eat exquisite udon noodles, so I went to the central shopping street (о´∀`о) Luckily, there was no waiting outside today "Authentic Sanuki Udon Honoka" ♡ After securing a seat, I went to order the ``Nikukamatama,'' and the skewered appearance of it made me feel like a demon, so I picked up the ``Chicken Tempura'' as well (*´꒳ `*) It's a self-arriving bowl after serving green onions and tenkasu ♫ The generous amount of meat is served on a separate plate, and according to the sister's instructions, the raw egg is thoroughly mixed in, then the soy sauce on the table is sprinkled once, and the rich beef is placed on top (*´꒳`*) I had a terrible hangover, but the excellent udon noodles that came in were completely thick and chewy. It was a happy lunch, with chicken tempura and beef on the side, and udon noodles to fill my mouth ( ´∀｀) After all, it is a wonderful shop! I love this shopping street too♪( ´θ｀)
