I love Shinsaibashi and used to go there often, so it's been a while since I last visited. Delicious ramen, flavored eggs, and lots of chives on the counter. The soup is simple, this is it! Plenty of Chinese cabbage. I like the char siu! Mmm, it's definitely delicious! I received it!

If you add garlic, bean sauce, and chives on the table, you will have a satisfying and stamina type of ramen. The basics are simple Kamiza ramen, but it's great that you can adjust it to your taste depending on your mood that day. I also like the small gyoza, which goes well with ramen. I felt like the amount of Chinese cabbage and pork, and the char siu had improved compared to a while ago, but I don't know what to think. It's been a while so maybe it's just my imagination lol In any case, the ramen was delicious!
