When I was in high school, I was working part-time at this shop, which had just opened, so it's been about 30 years. I think it's run by his son now, and as you can see from the picture, he had fresh and really delicious meat. I'm far away from my hometown now, so I've only been here about 20 years ago, but I want to eat it again. The meat here is the standard, so it was difficult to find a yakiniku restaurant in my hometown, but I was finally able to find it. Thank you for teaching me how to eat really good meat.
