Very nice place with good ramen. 😊👍 I recommend Syashu ramen and a Syahan Dai (fried rice XL).

Hands down, the best ramen in the world.

The entrance to the parking lot is narrow and it is a little difficult to get in and out. The road facing the parking lot entrance does not seem to be a one-way street, but there is a sign telling you to go to the right when exiting. If you turn clockwise along the narrow street in the residential area, you will come to the south side of the same block, next to Lawson. The menu is a little difficult to understand. It might be a good idea to organize the description a little more. After a lot of hesitation, we decided on a popular set that has been around since the company's founding! I ordered the Miyakko set. It's so-called half-chan ramen. The most important thing to note about the ramen is that when you first take a sip of the soup, the flavor of the pork bones comes out clearly, and the sauce has a sharp punch that appeals directly to your taste buds. Tonkotsu fresh water may belong to the Akira family, but I think it's the uniqueness that can't be generalized that grabs customers. The noodles are thin and lift the soup well due to capillary action. The char siew was a chewy, low-fat cut that allowed you to enjoy the flavor of the meat as you chewed it, and even though I usually prefer pork belly, it was satisfying. The green onions were green and not dry, and were served in just the right amount. Overall, it's a very well-balanced ramen that is well-finished with a hook that will keep you coming back for more. It's a masterpiece that will leave you feeling so delicious that you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste until you burp a little after eating. As expected, it is well-known as Nishinomiya's soul food. I was left wondering what the Miyakko imitations at the Juso branch were, but I was captivated by the true talent of the main branch. The fried rice has a firm, flaky finish and is simply made with green onions, eggs, and grilled pork without any unnecessary ingredients such as fishmeal, but since it's hard to find a restaurant that serves your favorite fried rice, here's what you get. It was quite delicious and very satisfying. I tend to pair white rice with delicious ramen, but the fried rice here is a must-try. Next time I would like to try the regular size. In addition to the counter, there are two box seats for four people at the back of the entrance, but you'll have to avoid, or rather straddle, the folding chairs and child chairs to get there. Probably not enough storage space. The toilet seems to be further inside. The staff are energetic and nice, but maybe a little too energetic. Even if you take that into account, the food served is a masterpiece worth eating. I would definitely like to visit again. Another store has been added to my list of restaurants I should go to anyway.
