Takarazuka, Hyogo, Japan｜Ebisumaru

While moving around Takarazuka City, I stopped by "Takaramen Ebisumaru" near Incheon Station (о´∀`о) I've been to Nishinakajima before, but this is my first visit after a long time since they moved.♫ The system that bothers today's menu (lol) After all, I wanted a rich type, so I clicked the "special thick chicken hot water + half-boiled egg" button (*´ω`*) If you put your hands together to receive the benefits of Ebisu in the store, it will arrive in about 10 minutes! ! I won't do it, but the lotus root is definitely at a level that stands out ♡ But it certainly has a strong and umami flavor, but it doesn't smell at all. A rare type of char siu with an irresistible moist texture and a light but spicy chicken breast char siu, which serves as a rest for the rich soup (*´꒳`*) The homemade noodles, which have an irresistible chewy texture, are medium-thick and straight, and the super-thick soup lifts up a lot, so the slurping sound of Ogefin echoed in the store♪(´θ｀) Breaking the soft-boiled egg and sprinkling black pepper on it made it look like carbonara (laughs). I love you so much♡

I ordered the Banshu soy sauce ramen. I arrived around 12:00 on a weekday, but there was no line to get in. The thin, smooth and chewy noodles intertwined with the sweet soy sauce soup, creating the ideal soy sauce ramen. It was very delicious. Is the char siu thinly grilled and steamed? The latter's seasoning with the char siew was also outstanding. I don't know if it was because of the timing, but the delivery time was a little late, so if you are in a hurry, you should be careful.

I had an appointment in Takarazuka City and it seemed to have a good reputation, so I stopped by for lunch. The inside of the store is a little small with only a counter and a food ticket system. Soy-sauce Ramen? I'm happy that it's cheap at 800 yen (the photo comes with flavored eggs). The two types of char siu, noodles, and soup were all delicious👍This is a ramen restaurant that I would recommend to anyone who goes to Takarazuka.
