Everyone in the shop has a nice smile and is a pleasant customer service. Of course, the soba is delicious, but the tempura is delicious! Salt is good for crispy batter, but it was delicious to dip soba sauce. The soba soup had a gentle taste and a good flavor, so I drank a little. Also, I didn't get it because I was driving, but they also have Shimane's local sake. I want to have a cup of tempura next time. Thank you for the meal! Postscript: I visited again, but the set rice is also delicious.

I didn't think I could eat Izumo soba in Kansai, so I stopped by without thinking. (*^-^) I had a reasonable weekly lunch (1,000 yen), but next time I would like to order the "wariko soba". They also stock local sake from Shimane Prefecture, and it's a restaurant where you can enjoy a soba connoisseur's meal by having a glass of it while your soba noodles are boiling. (*^-^)

It's a nice shop in the Hanshin area where you can enjoy Izumo soba, and the staff is only female. Wariko soba is exquisite. It's quite crowded at lunchtime, but the turnover is fast, so I've never waited more than 10 minutes.
