Okawa-san, a tonkotsu ramen specialty store, has been on my radar for a while. I wanted a spare bowl, so I ordered the tonkotsu ramen separately. It seemed like they were about to prepare food for the two customers in front of us, but the food was served slowly for a tonkotsu ramen restaurant. There may be some things that are managed by one person, The soup I prepared didn't seem to be kept warm, and since I was heating it up for three people in a Yukihira pot, it seemed to take a long time to boil. Also, the temperature of the hot water bath may be low. However, the wait time was not that worrying. The soup didn't have much oil and had a strong pork bone smell. It was a well-cooked, rich pork bone soup that wasn't too salty, and it was a light soup that allowed you to enjoy the sweetness and aroma of the pork bones. There were also two small pieces of char siu, and the meat's fat was sweet and tender, so I thought I'd try the char siu noodles next time. The menma is the chewy type and is cut into thin pieces. It may not be suitable for people who don't like fibrous texture. I'm glad I had a good accent. I asked for extra-thin, straight noodles that were firm, so they had a chewy texture and went perfectly with the soup. It was a really authentic pork bone ramen. I received extra eggs, but they also brought a sauce to adjust the taste. It's rare for me to finish the soup! Even though I rarely do it. It was that delicious! Since this is a delicious pork bone ramen, please be sure to place pickled ginger and sesame seeds on the table. At least just pickled ginger! There was pepper and chili oil. I'll come back later.

Tonkotsu Ramen Personally, this was the best tonkotsu ramen I've ever had. I can't help but feel a smell when eating tonkotsu ramen, but the ramen here had no smell at all. I was also impressed by the attention to detail in the thin menma and thinly sliced chashu pork. There are only two parking spaces next to the store in the parking lot. This is recommended ramen.

As everyone has said, the taste is amazing. I'm very happy that the price is cheap even in this day and age. It's true that the owner is the quiet type, but I didn't think he had a particularly bad customer service attitude. It may not be suitable for passive customers who don't try to communicate themselves. The owner is the only one cooking, so it may take a while when it's busy. The inside of the store smells like pork bones, so I recommend not wearing your favorite clothes.
