This is such a lovely local Udon shop. Definitely where the locals go. The atmosphere is homey and down to earth and there are seats both inside and outside. The udon is excellent. I was surprised to find Tsudachi (a Japanese lime like citrus) Udon since it's more common on Shikoku :) The way it works here is that you dish up your own side dishes, order your udon, pay, and then they'll bring the udon to you when it's ready. A gem of a find. I'm glad I finally made it in for lunch. 💙

It was my first time visiting, so I was nervous just ordering 😅 Will begin the main subject! ️ Today's order is 1.5 times warm udon with summer vegetables, fried eggplant, persimmon and vegetable tempura✴️ It took a bit of time from when I ordered to when it came out, but I was surprised when it came out in front of me 😍⤴️⤴️If you make this, it should take a while ⚡️ The udon itself has a slightly dark brownish color, which is very unique, but it is a delicious udon that is a little thick and chewy, and has a very chewy texture.
