I came to the store with two people. Omakase 1.5 servings. The amount was enough for two people. It was my first time and it was very delicious. Sashimi? Abekawamochi? It was a feeling. First add nothing, then just salt. In addition to the soba soup, the special soy sauce is exquisite. I thoroughly enjoyed the soba. I would like to try the galette next time.

I wouldn't recommend it for those who want to enjoy the taste of soba, but if you want to enjoy the taste of soba, please try it. It goes well with Shimane's sweet soy sauce, and you can eat it with salt or as it is. We also have evening courses and Shimane sake. It can be crowded during the day, but it was relatively empty at night due to the reservation system. At first glance, Kaku-sensei looks tough, but when he smiles, he's a cute and kind shopkeeper.
