A restaurant that serves Kasu udon, Yakiniku, and offal. The other day I got drunk and came to the store for the last time. I seemed to have dozed off and dropped my wallet on the spot. The next morning, I realized that my wallet was missing and turned pale, but when I called, it was here. When I received it, I tried to give them about 10% as a thank you, but they refused. This may be normal for a Japanese restaurant, but it made me feel warm. The dishes are made with fresh and inexpensive offal that is procured through a unique route, and the richly flavored kasu udon that can be used as a finishing touch instead of ramen is amazing!

I stopped by at the end of the live performance at Osaka Castle Hall. The first floor was a counter seat like a ramen shop, and I don't know the second floor, but three times it was a private room like a family restaurant. We had the kasu udon and beef tongue platter. The soup stock of the udon was not too strong, and the hormones were thick and soft, and both were delicious! It was the first time for me to have grilled meat alone, and when I seemed to be free, I asked the store clerk if I should put beef tallow first, but all of them were answered politely. The beef tongue sauce was served on a plate with a partition. Green onions for wasabi? greens? It wasn't the kind of wasabi you would find at a sushi restaurant, but when you eat it with beef tongue and salt, the beef tongue's fat softens the wasabi's tone, which is what I usually do. Even I, who doesn't eat wasabi in sushi, enjoyed it. I had a dragon's nest sour drink. pomegranate? Cassis? It was delicious with sour and sweet like! I heard that they are open until 3am on weekdays in November.

It's apparently run by a butcher shop, but the quality of the meat is really good. The famous kasu udon is also very delicious, with the aroma of the dashi stock and the richness of the abra kasu.
