Kyoto, Japan｜Aiba Curry

WOW! One of the best and most flavorful curries I’ve ever had. The pork cutlet was unbelievably crunchy despite the piping hot curry on top! The atmosphere is also super homely and cozy. They also had Worcestershire sauce on the table which added a nice but different, sweeter taste to the dish. The curry has a bit of a kick but the perfect amount! Highly recommend :)

I came here on a hot Sunday afternoon looking for food. Aiba curry did not disappoint. Upon walking in, we were immediately greeted by the hostess and a kind smile. Spanish music was faintly playing in the background, reminding me of my travels in Havana Cuba. I ordered the fried chicken meal set and a Sapporo beer. The food came out quick, and tasted fantastic. I can only recommend this place. Top quality service. Top quality food. Excellent value for money. Seems to be a place frequented by locals, did not see any tourists. I will plan to come again next time I'm in Kyoto.

A small modest shop located near Nishiki market. The service was good and the curry isn't too spicy. Price is considered average and affordable. Credit card is accepted as payment. Can come and try for those who can't take spicy food.
