Just wow. Amazingly thick slices of generous portions of tuna sashimi, very friendly staff, and a wonderfully homey hole in the wall atmosphere. If you want a lot but reasonably priced fresh tuna and a uniquely authentic Japanese experience, definitely give this place a try! Everything is written in Japanese, but if you can't read Japanese, just point to this review and say you want 半丼 (or the smaller size, ハーフ半丼, which is what I ordered), which is the most popular dish: lightly marinated fatty and lean tuna sashimi over rice. Mmm. For first timers, I recommend getting the "smaller size" (ハーフ半丼)! (Which is still more than enough for an adult woman like me though! See pics.) You can also ask for less or more rice, and free miso soup refills!

There is more sashimi then rice in the bowl. It is delicious, but heavy for breakfast. Opens from 1030am

A bowl of rice filled full of fish meat that you choose. It’s really fresh and delicious! Worth to try !!! I can’t finished the whole thing😂
