It was lunch time on the way from Kobe to Aichi in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, and I searched for ramen shops around Iga. Decided to stop here because it looked delicious. By the way, the essential taste of black ramen is definitely a lighter soup than it looks. Because there is a lot of oil, the impression is that the soup does not cool easily. Noodles are medium thin straight noodles. The char siu has a good taste, and if you soak it in the soup for a while, it will become thicker. Other toppings include menma, bean sprouts, and green onions, and it feels like going the royal road of ramen. Fried rice is also burnt soy sauce-based black fried rice. It may be similar to Rairaitei's fried rice. It's delicious because it's moist and the taste is tightly clinging to the rice. I feel that the customers around me had a lot of white soup. If you're going to match it with fried rice, it might be better to use salt or hot water.

I came from Korea on a trip. We had lunch while traveling from Nara Prefecture to Mie Prefecture. I had black soy sauce ramen, white soup ramen, salt ramen, and gyoza, and it was really delicious. I especially enjoyed the rich flavor of the black soy sauce. I also liked the atmosphere with many local residents.
