the pork used here is very tender and flavorful. it doesnt have the unpleasant smell that accompanies most pork. the breading is well done with that hint of milk that doesnt overwhelm. despite the crunchy outside, the meat remains moist and juicy. my favorite is the mizorekatsu, topped with grated radish and drizzled with ponzu. at times i get the katsudon and the standard rosu katsu with its accompanying demi glace sauce. perfect with lots of japanese mustard.
