Authentic Chinese cuisine from Otsu that has been around for a long time. Dinner menus are shared on large plates. Of course, a la carte meal menus (fried rice, crane neck noodles, etc.) are also available. This time, I had shrimp mayo, black vinegar sweet and sour pork, Chinese cabbage and bok choy in scallop sauce (not the official name) with white rice. The menu ranged from 1000-1400 yen. I don't know if you can tell from the photo, but the volume was more than I expected. Shrimp mayo is sweet, rich, and large enough shrimp. There was more shrimp mayo on the menu, but it was enough. Black vinegar sweet and sour pork is a dish with a sharp black vinegar aroma. A chewy chunk of pork. Scattered with pine nuts. The meal has progressed. The Chinese cabbage and bok choy were served with shellfish soup stock. Everything was delicious and enjoyable. It's solid Chinese food with a bit of a Showa atmosphere.
