Beef very tender and juicy

I accidentally went in while looking for a place to eat because of break time, and it was delicious.. Communication was difficult, but the staff's efforts were good, so I ate in a good mood! Beef ribs rice topped with beef tongue is spicy and delicious. Rice with beef tongue is seasoned only with salt and pepper, but it is light and delicious. There is a baby stroller, so it's inconvenient because of the stairs and the table is small, but it's fortunate that the baby is asleep.
