Absolutely delicious! If you find yourself in this area please do yourself a favour and give it a try. To my (amateur) understanding some original takes on tonkotsu but both (wife and I tried different ones) fantastically executed! 👍

I have eaten a wonderful noodle named "上々白麺"!! It's roasted pork fillet was so amazing!! 😊
