Addictive! ! Yakitori restaurant's rich chicken ramen Located in Kasuganomichi shopping street Ramen Bonkura-san An unusual ramen shop that opens a little early at 10:00 am. You can pay with your order using Cash on Style, making it easy to return home. You can see the ramen being prepared from the counter seats, so it's full of live feeling! ! Only chicken, water, soy sauce and salt are used. The soup stock is made using morning pulled Awaji chicken and has been cooked for over 20 hours. The soy sauce used is Yuasa soy sauce from Wakayama Prefecture. The salt is a blend of three types from Yakitori restaurant Sanbonkura. The noodles are whole grain medium-thin noodles from Osaka Ikemura Seimenjo. Just like a yakitori restaurant A bowl of ramen packed with passion Scattered generously like flower petals The chicken char siu is served with meatballs, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, chopped onions, and a cute side of ofu. A perfect combination of toppings The rich and rich soup allows you to enjoy the natural flavor of chicken, and the umami will fill your mouth. A luxurious cup of bliss that feels like magical soup that clings to the noodles ♡ When you think of chicken, you think of oyakodon. I’m sure I want to eat it! How luxurious is it to have two main dishes? Oyakodon using Hyakukkadori Fluffy eggs in carefully selected soup stock Egg yolk on top! ! Lots of Kujo green onions The harmony of sweet and salty soup stock and eggs goes perfectly with rice! ! It was lunch time of ramen, oyakodon, and chicken.

A ramen shop run by Yakitori Bonkura that opened on June 16, 2022 and makes a bowl of ramen using only chicken, water, soy sauce, and salt. The soup stock uses Awaji chicken morning chicken. For the soup stock, the meatballs and chashu are made from whole chicken, and are cooked for over 20 hours. Payment is in advance. #today's lunch ★Chicken ramen salt ★Charshu noodles with soy sauce ★ Tsukemen ★Oyakodon with 100-day chicken and Kujo green onions (comes with chicken soup) →I changed my order to ramen with chicken soup and ordered it. You can choose salt or soy sauce for the ramen. The soy sauce is Yuasa soy sauce from Wakayama Prefecture, and the salt is a blend of three types of salt from Yakitori Bonkura. On the table were pickled radish, mustard greens, garlic, pickles, vinegar, and black pepper. The dishes looked gorgeous and were all delicious, but my favorites were the chashu noodles, tsukemen, and oyakodon. I especially like the medium-thin whole wheat noodles, chicken chashu, and meatballs. The oyakodon uses Ranno, and the rich flavor of the eggs and Kujo green onions are a perfect match. The eggs are perfectly cooked. It's open from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. and closes as soon as the noodles are sold out, so it's a little difficult, but I'd like to try the rich ramen soon.

A ramen shop run by Bonkura, a nearby yakitori restaurant with the same name. As expected from a yakitori restaurant, the ramen is full of chicken flavor. Since this is a ramen from a yakitori restaurant, I was imagining traditional ramen with chicken bones, but it was a little different. In terms of image, it's probably the chicken version of Amagasaki's "Butano Hoshi". The soup is quite viscous. You can choose salt for your soy sauce, but my preference is definitely salt. Because you can enjoy the dynamic taste of chicken. The chicken chashu and meatballs are of the quality you would expect from a yakitori restaurant. I'm happy to have a ramen shop nearby.
