Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Daiichiasahi

Personally, when I think of Kobe ramen, I think of Mokkosu, Daiichi Asahi, and Futikoku. I had it at Daiichi Asahi's Sannomiya main branch for the first time in a while, and it was still delicious. Wild soy sauce pork bones and char siu. It's a taste that's imprinted in your DNA, so you'll never get tired of it. It looks like they'll be moving soon, so this will be the last one here. I was deeply moved.

You can drink as much soup as you like, and it's super delicious with green onions in it. The garlic oil is so fragrant that you end up eating too much. The large bowl of noodles was really large and I was very satisfied. It's scary that it costs less than 700 yen with this level of satisfaction.

It is the royal road Kobe ramen. I had the B ramen set for lunch. It has plenty of green onions, is fresh, and has plenty of char siu. The pickled radish was also delicious.
