Not just cooked to order, but handmade to order (from a choice of 7 thicknesses & shapes) Lanzhou Noodles ("real" Ramen if you will - though these were definitely not Japanese 'Ramen' - noodles, or broth). These are absolutely stellar bowls of noodle soup. With dumplings and great chili oil. Store staff seemed to be speaking in Chinese (not sure exactly what) and broke out into huge smiles when we said Xiexie after - and then even kindly discussed where to get cilantro (Higashiyamacho area) when I asked. I'll definitely go back for more!

It tastes good, but the soup seems a bit lacking. The location is better than the previous store but the store is not as big as the previous store. Generally, restaurants have to wait for a while for a seat. Dumplings and beef noodles are both great!

I feel in love with this restaurant. This is a Moslem friendly restaurant also, I think. You can taste the Lanzhou styled ramen. Dont forget to order their tea egg also for 120 yen. This stall sell only the beef and lamb meat, with no pork. You can order the noodle size as the chef will prepare the noodle from scratch in front of the customer. Definitely I will go back to this shop again!
