Toriko of Hokkai soy sauce. I come here to eat every time I come to Sannomiya. While most ramen shops these days have soups that are lukewarm from the start, Hokkai ramen is piping hot! They heat the bowl before adding it, so the soup stays warm until the end. The fried mince and vegetables are fragrant. The staff at the store are also kind and I think they are really particular about what they do, but I like how normal it is that you don't feel that way at all. Finally, with this quality, and in a prime location in Sannomiya, it costs 750 yen including tax! The cost performance is too good. thank you very much.
