A really underrated ramen restaurant! Opted for their squid ink black garlic ramen. Noodle is firm and chewy, the soup is flavourful yet not too salty. Btw they have the option for ramen firmness and it's cooked to my liking! So satisfying!

After a dissapointing stroll through Chinatown KOBE; we could no longer tolerate the disrespect and had to stop for some REAL food AKA ramen. We both overestimated our hunger each getting a bowl + EXTRA EVERYTHING. Delcious umami filled broth that warmed our bellies with generous portions of meat and veggies loading us up all for 14$ a bowl 😜 The noodles were fresh and chewy. Broth was super flavourful and just so good. So many condiments and the flavours were just in your face delicious! Definitely a very delicious ramen. I ordered the spiciest ramen they had with extra stuff. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. This was probably one of the spiciest food I've tasted so far in Japan. I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when I am in Kobe, Japan again.
