Ashiya, Hyogo, Japan｜Yamato Ramen Koundo

Very very tasty and unique style of ramen. They fry garlic and cabbage on super strong flame of fire and dump it on the noodle soup. The portion is generous.

Really good for a ramen with a little bit of spice but not actually what I would call spicy. Good taste and good amount of spices and things to add and evolve the taste of the soup over the dinner. Only warning is the sizes. There are 3 sizes of ramen, and I though the smallest that said "small" would be too small, so I couse the one in the middle. But it was huge. Really good, but too much for me. Also, small rice did not feel small either. So, just be aware of that and everything will be good. 😁

Large portion ramen even for the smallest size.
