It is located about a 4-5 minute walk southeast from Rokkomichi. It seems to have been created relatively recently. I ordered ``Seafood Dashi and Soy Sauce Ramen'' with my meal ticket. The soup has a strong seafood stock and is light but full of flavor. The noodles are medium-thick, straight, and chewy, and the ramen looks beautiful. The ingredients are reddish char siu and half-raw flavored eggs. Everything was well balanced and delicious. On the way home, I found an autograph by Hozumi Hasegawa, a former world boxing champion. Come to think of it, the shop owner had a muscular body with no fat, like he was an experienced boxer. . . I ordered beef bone ramen because it was my first visit in a while and they had added it to the new menu. A thick beef soup. It was delicious, but I prefer the seafood and soy sauce ramen.

I happened to go to this restaurant by chance, but the photos you posted looked delicious, and that was the deciding factor! Garlic, leek and curry powder made the taste strange and delicious!
