Awesome. We cam feel Umami of sea bream. When we eat soup we can image swimming sea bream. Please try to eat soup first haha. If you order a sea bream rice please try to add the soup with white pepper. Highly recommendation!

Really delicious Fish-Ramen! Nice and clean. If not sold out order rice as a side dish: it’s also boiled in fish-brew, so very delicious!

The inside of the store was clean and had a calm atmosphere. First, you purchase your ticket at the ticket machine and have them take you to your seat. It was around 1pm, but the place was full. It's a popular restaurant and I imagine there would be long lines on weekdays, but since it was a Sunday, we were able to get seated relatively easily. I ordered red sea bream soba (shio) and sea bream rice. I also sampled the red sea bream soba (soy sauce), and both soups were elegant and very delicious. You can enjoy sea bream rice by adding dashi soup and making it into ochazuke, which is delicious and very satisfying.
