Best Ramen near Kobe. 10/10 will go again.

I love it! ︎ Menma like no other. Even after thinking about the menu, I ended up choosing the miso ramen with flavored eggs. The balance of menma, bean sprouts, flavored eggs, noodles and soup is the best! ︎ The owner always greets me cheerfully when I leave the store. I haven't been able to go there much due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I'll definitely go again! ︎ 2023.11 I went there on a whim. It had a different taste from the Ajitama Miso Ramen I've had so far. The taste is bland, the pork is smooth and the color is red and rare. There was no taste... The amount has also decreased... It was sad because the taste had remained the same for years. Maybe the owner's taste has changed, or maybe the maker has changed. I don't mind raising the price, but please go back to the original Hokkai Ramen Atagawa store's flavored egg miso. I can't find that taste again⁉️😭

I've been thinking about stopping by for years, and the timing was right, so I went. It seems to be a type of restaurant where you write your name at the entrance, but there was no waiting list, and after disinfecting with alcohol, I was immediately guided to my seat. I thought it was a little empty at around 2pm, but people were coming later. I ordered miso ramen with the fried chicken set meal. The slightly thick curly noodles mixed with the rich soup were delicious. There was only one piece of chashu. It was a restaurant that didn't seem like a ramen shop with a wide variety of side menus. This is the type of restaurant where you can find a pitcher of water right in front of you.
