Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜Sanpomen Okamototen

This place has ramen, tsukemen, gyoza, and some other stuff. It was small, crowded and very delicious. I didn't get pics of the ramen but it was good and the presentation was beautiful. The tsukemen noodles were whole wheat. I will go back for the ramen. For foreigners the system is that you buy a ticket for the food and hand it to the chef. A good rule is that the first item on the machine is their specialty so if you can't read Japanese order the first thing. Also the eggs in the ramen were amazing.

I love this place and always get a good feed after ordering the 特盛 size ramen. This restaurant is really close to Okamoto Station as well which makes it convenient.

Great tsukemen and the fried chicken was awesome. Really good value. One of the employees spoke great English and was very helpful choosing a meal from the ticket machine. Great stuff. Very happy
