The gyoza and white ramen were excellent. The owner is unfriendly (laughs), but it's delicious. Very close to Ashiya station.

Meat miso of Taiwan ramen was really delicious. Spicy + full-bodied with a slight shrimp flavor? It is also exquisite. The chives and bean sprouts came out raw, but the heat of the soup kept them crispy and cooked just right.
