What does ramen cost 650 yen (tax included) mean in this day and age? The soup that is cooked in a large pot in the kitchen is clear, odorless, light soy sauce pork bones. I guess it's carefully cooked. Adjust the flavor to your liking using the chives, minced garlic, and pickled ginger provided by the service. Personally, I like to eat chives on top of the noodles each time I eat them (lol).I just put the char siu pork on top of the rice and make it into a bowl. The owner is alone, but I think he does a really good job.

Although it is a ramen shop, the fried rice is delicious. Of course, the ramen is also delicious. Excellent 💕
