More Comments at Google MapSomehow there are many famous ramen shops around this area. Here is my favorite one among the shops. The salt and clam based soup tastes light but flavorful.
I visited because I was curious. The recommendation was salt, so I ordered a large serving of salt. Beautiful ramen came out. The first bite of the soup was filled with the succinic acid from the shellfish, making it a unique and delicious soup. As I continued to eat, the elegant bonito soup spread out and was very delicious. The noodles were straight, and personally I feel like they could have been a little thinner, but it was perfectly fine. Although the chashu was thinly sliced, it was perfectly cooked, tender, and had a good taste. It was so light and delicious that I ended up drinking all the soup. It was a delicious ramen that wasn't too salty and was eaten with the soup stock. People tend to focus on the richness and quantity of the flavor, but this kind of ramen is also really good. It was delicious. After that, a large serving of clams costs 950 yen. The price is also reasonable.
As the name suggests, the shellfish soup is extremely delicious! I end up drinking all the soup every time.
