A ramen shop only known to those in the know, located in a building at the far end of the street where Torikizoku is located. I've been curious about it for a while, but this was my first time going in. It's in a location that makes you wonder if it's actually open even after entering the building (lol) The menu includes the classic soy sauce ramen, salt ramen, and miso ramen plus tsukemen. For my first time, I tried the classic soy sauce ramen. Honestly, I was a little worried about whether the ramen would be good because they've made so many different types of ramen, but when I tried it, it was really delicious, with a rich and sweet soup. I've never had ramen with the name shoyu ramen that I thought was delicious, but the ramen here was quite to my liking. I also recommend the fried rice on the side menu, as the meat has a nice texture and is very delicious. The soy sauce ramen was quite delicious, so I would like to try other ramen next time. Honestly, I think it wouldn't be strange if it became more popular. [Added in September 2023] This time I tried the salt ramen. In conclusion, I prefer soy sauce ramen. The soup has quite a seafood flavor, but I feel that the impact is weaker than the soy sauce ramen. However, some people say that salt is the most delicious, so I think it's a matter of personal values. [Additional note] I tried the miso ramen. This is a thick soup with a strong miso flavor, but it was so delicious that it was difficult to compare it to the soy sauce. Next time I would like to try Tsukemen as well. [Added again] I tried the Tsukemen. The noodles were quite chewy and delicious. The dipping sauce had a slightly sour flavor, which wasn't my favorite, but it was still refreshing and delicious. My impressions after conquering all types Soy sauce ramen = Miso ramen > Tsukemen > Salt ramen is not it.

Miso ramen with a refreshing sweetness made using homemade sweet noodle sauce. It's not suitable for so-called rich lovers, but I like it. Even though I don't like ramen with sweet soup these days, it was delicious! This ramen shop has a lot of unique features, including the soy sauce, which is a little sweet, and the side menu. It's close to the station and there's almost no line up, so if your timing is right, go for it!

It's located in the building that houses the girls bar near Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Station. The photo is of soy sauce ramen with extra green onions. It looks like a rich soy sauce, but it has a very sweet taste. I get distracted by the sweetness of soy sauce, but The straight noodles were also chewy and very delicious. It's a taste that you can't find anywhere else. recommendation.
