I had the long thick beef paitan ramen. The soup was very rich and delicious, and the onions and mustard greens on top of the pork gave it a different flavor and I really enjoyed it. The noodles were smooth and chewy.

Karin is located on the 1st floor of the Acta West Building next to Hankyu Nishinomiya Kitaguchi Station. Don't underestimate it as a ramen shop in a commercial facility. It's pretty good. There are also salt and soy sauce, but the fish-based ramen is the most recommended.
