2023/10/1 I used it on a Sunday afternoon. It was almost 1pm, but there was a small line. When you enter the store, you'll be greeted by a gentle aroma reminiscent of dried sardines. There are only about 15 seats at the L-shaped counter. To order, you purchase a meal ticket, sit down, and then hand it to the staff. I bought Sichuan-style sibikara mazesoba for 950 yen and side rice for 50 yen. You can choose the spiciness of Mazesoba from three levels. This time I asked for the middle one. You can also choose with or without garlic. This time I asked for ant. It was my first time eating Mazesoba itself, and I was impressed by how delicious it was. When you mix the noodles well and eat them with the ingredients and sauce, the chewy noodles and the creamy taste of the sauce combine in your mouth, making it extremely delicious. The texture of cashew nuts is also fun. Considering it's a Sichuan-style sibikara, it was quite spicy. Extremely spicy food may be difficult unless you are a very strong person. It may not seem like much, but it's the perfect amount for the leftover sauce. It's really delicious when you mix it up and eat it. By the time we left, it was well past 1:00pm, and there was a long line. I would definitely like to go again.

I've tried the entire menu so I hope this helps. ・Chicken TON soy sauce ramen chicken? An orthodox soy sauce ramen that is light and easy to eat, with the deep flavor of the seafood soup stock. It doesn't have a strong impact, but it has a reassuring taste. This ramen is the only one that comes with two types of chashu: pork and chicken. Recommended for people who like something light. ・TORI pork hot water ramen Pork bone and seafood ramen with white water. It has a strong taste of pork bones and fishmeal rather than chicken broth. Recommended for people who like rich foods. When I come to this restaurant, I have a hard time deciding whether to go for the ramen or the mazesoba from Sibi. When you submerge the rare char siu in the soup, it cooks a little and becomes delicious. ・Mazesoba Mazesoba with fried potato and seaweed on top, and a slightly Japanese-style seafood sauce. It's quite oily, and it's more like seafood oil soba than mazesoba. I recommend adding garlic unless you have special plans. I was addicted to this mazesoba for a while and ate it like crazy, but perhaps because I ate too much or because I was old, I could no longer tolerate the greasy taste. (I would like vinegar to be included as a tabletop seasoning...) If you eat it without mixing it too much, it will be a little less greasy and you can enjoy the texture of the ingredients. ・Sichuan-style chibikara mazesoba My personal favorite menu. For some reason, there is no "large" amount of noodles. Mazesoba is spicy, flavorful, and packs a punch. The base taste is similar to regular mazesoba, but on top are tomatoes, mizuna, cashew nuts, fried jako, seaweed, and spicy minced meat. There are many unusual ingredients, but when you mix them together, you get a wonderful harmony. It goes well with rice and can be eaten as a side dish. (+50 yen) It's oily, just like regular mazesoba, but I feel like the harsh spiciness softens it. You can choose from 3 levels of spiciness. Normal is just right for me. (It's not that hard) Recommended for people who like spicy food and feel that normal taste is not enough.

Another brand from Shikarashika. I usually order TORI pork paitan ramen. The thick curly noodles go well with the dried sardine soup, and the purple onions are a perfect accompaniment. Although he is not very friendly, he also has a good impression of the clerks who silently do their jobs.
