I had the pork bone soy sauce ramen, which is only available on Fridays. Both the soup and noodles are excellent. We had delicious. I also ordered chashu rice and it was great. Thank you for the meal.

About a 10 minute walk from JR Nakayamadera, I ordered a large serving of miso ramen. The store is the cleanest it's ever been, and the desk is shiny and clean, making you feel good even before you eat. There are 4 seats at the counter and 5 seats at the table.The inside is spacious and the air conditioning is cool.It was empty so I didn't have to wait long for my food. There is chili pepper, shichimi, and pepper on the table.The soup is sweet with miso.The noodles are delicious.I like them soft, so it's even better if you soak them in the soup and let them soften a little before eating. Enjoy the soup while filling your mouth with the bean sprouts. The 3 thick menma pieces are delicious and soaked in flavor, and the 2 large pieces of chashu are so satisfying that you can eat them all at the end. I forgot to add the corn and butter toppings, so I'll remember to add them next time. I want to try other ramen, but I think I'll order miso again. Approximately 12 minutes walk from Hankyu Nakayama Kannon Station. It's said to be a popular restaurant, but I didn't have a chance to visit it, so I finally decided to visit. I had the shiitake mushroom soy sauce ramen (900 yen) and the mountain wasabi rice (150 yen), which are only available on Wednesdays. The shiitake mushrooms were fragrant and very delicious, and as other reviewers said, the mountain wasabi rice was extremely delicious. There are many other menu items that I'm interested in, so I'm sure I'll be returning.
