The dashi is rich, but the miso flavor of the kaeshi is vivid, and combined with the white sesame seeds, it has a wonderful aroma. The oil is moderate and the saltiness is slightly strong. The noodles mix well with the soup, have a good texture and go down the throat, and have a flavor that can't be beat by the strong miso flavor. Although the toppings are modest, they have the effect of making the strong flavor of the soup milder, and the balance is exquisite. The spiciness level of 0.6 was just right for me, or just about OK, but generally speaking, it's at a level that's not too spicy and still maintains its deliciousness. The hygiene inside the store is clean and there are no complaints, and the price is not expensive and I think it is a good value. The free raw garlic service is also nice.
