As a yam lover, I had always wanted to go to this restaurant, but the line was so long that I avoided it. When I first entered the restaurant, the aroma of sardines filled the air, just like when I entered a Sanuki udon restaurant in Kagawa. The smell is so good that you can't believe it's a ramen shop. I can't help but feel like they made me wait for the counter to open because they didn't want to pass two people to my table since I was there alone. Since I was at the front, I watched for about 10 minutes as the seats near the entrance were ready to enter. I think they were not allowed to enter the store because they had to wait for customers at the counter to leave in the intense heat. It was helpful that they provided a parasol while I was waiting. Putting aside the long wait time and the feeling of confusion when entering the store, the food is delicious, so I'm still giving it a 5-star rating. But I don't think I'll go anymore. It was delicious, but it took 3 groups an hour on a weekday, and an hour and a half in total to wait for the food and finish the meal. This is not a ramen that you can casually go out and eat.
