I received some tsukemen to order. If you are concerned about wheat flour, you can rest assured that these noodles are made with whole wheat flour. As written in the recipe, it will be even more delicious if you add toppings such as mizuna, green onions, and boiled eggs (boiled eggs are best, but you can also use boiled eggs).
