More Comments at Google MapVery very good ramen! Had two kinds so far - miso and white-soy sauce, both of which were so good. The miso one got the super-tasty, powerful and substantial soup with the matching flat noodles that hold the delicious soup well. And the white soy one got the very gentle, subtle and fine light soup which is the perfect blend of white-soy-sauce, base stock and the refreshing yuzu zest (Japanese citrus), comes with the thin noodles. There are more in their menu, so I'm planning to be back for more happy experience! 😋
Delicious soy sauce based soup with clean atmosphere.
It is a shop that is convinced that you have to line up. Ramen, donburi, fried chicken, everything was delicious. I got the Ajitama Shio Ramen, which is recommended. We also had a limited char siu rice bowl + fried chicken set. It was hard to eat because there was a lot of quantity (lol) Ramen soup is chicken and seafood. Noodles are thin noodles for rich soup, and salt ramen is slightly thinner than medium-thick noodles, and the noodles seem to differ depending on the soup. You can't choose the firmness of the noodles, and they are boiled to be a little soft. The broiled chicken accent was wonderful. There was also a fairly long Chinese bamboo, which also tasted good. The fried chicken is also crispy and juicy and worth eating just for this. The char siu rice bowl was also appetizing with juicy char siu. All of them are delicious and satisfying. I think that it is a shop that stands out even in the Tsukamoto area, which is a battleground for ramen.
