Restaurant atmosphere, ramen, other food, It is no exaggeration to say that everything about customer service is perfect. It's a good shop! I ate all the menu items except for limited time menus. I feel a strong sense of commitment to everything. Especially the noodles at the ramen restaurants I've eaten at. It was by far the most delicious. I especially like the special stone-baked tsukemen. Pork bone mapo noodles. Some people have the impression that tsukemen are lukewarm. I think there are, but the special stone-baked tsukemen here is It is also called stone-grilled, and when served The soup is boiling. that's why, You can enjoy it warm and delicious till the end. If you are a good eater, you can add rice to the leftover soup, If you ask the staff about the soup, you can get it. It is also recommended to include it! Tonkotsu Mapo Noodles is a combination of spicy mapo and pork bones. The richness and flavor match perfectly Even though my stomach has gotten smaller recently, I can't stop using chopsticks lol I think there will be some mapo left after eating all the noodles. Just like the special stone-baked tsukemen, add rice. I recommend eating it! And one more thing. The fried chicken is also excellent. Please try it once!

The tsukemen here is addictive. It has a unique taste that I have never had anywhere else, and sometimes I just want to eat it. Both the mapo noodles and salt ramen are above average, but most of all, it's the tsukemen. The ingredients, noodles, and rich dipping sauce are things you won't find at other restaurants. I was looking forward to stopping by on my way home from work, but it's a shame that they're no longer open on nights other than Fridays.

I kind of looked it up online. A small shop tucked away in a residential area. There is a parking lot for 3 cars, and it is a ramen shop for the people in the neighborhood. A restaurant that is particular about its noodles. Tsukemen is Since the noodles came out wobbly in a stone-grilled bowl, I was happy to see that the main problem with tsukemen, which is lukewarmness, was alleviated considerably. I think this is good. The tsukemen itself is a good tsukemen that you can really feel the care that went into it. There are really no negative elements. I don't know if it's the owner or the staff in the kitchen, but I'm glad to hear such pleasant voices from the kitchen.
