I have been to Raitei many times. In addition to the high quality of their ramen, their limited-time ramen is also worth a try! I recently tried their cold noodles. Although there are only three ingredients: shredded barbecued pork, shredded cucumber, and shredded seaweed, the portion is very large and you can eat the ingredients in every bite! I really like the yellow mustard they recommend adding, which enhances the taste of the cold noodle sauce. The little bit of excitement makes it even more appetizing! I also ordered their fried beef liver, which is rarely seen on the market. If you like offal, I highly recommend giving it a try! Add a little of Lai Laiting's unique chili sauce and it's delicious!

I went there for the first time in a while and they had salt ramen, and the gyoza was delicious. I went there with no particular expectations, thinking it would be the same taste as usual, but the menu was varied and delicious. Great ambition. I will go again.
