Currently, there are days when only ramen is open and days when only tsukemen are open, according to the business calendar for June 2020. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Tsukemen Day Friday, Saturday Ramen Day Sun, Mon holidays Therefore, please be careful. The main noodle menu is ・Soy sauce ramen 880 yen ・Niboshi salt ramen 930 yen ・Beef tendon tsukemen 980 yen Since this day is Tsukemen Day, I bought a ticket for ``Beef tendon tsukemen'' and ``Ame-tama (flavored egg)'' from the ticket vending machine on the right hand side when I entered the store, and went to the counter seat. As a precaution against the coronavirus, partitions have been installed between each seat at the counter, like Ichiran. The chopsticks and astragalus are individually wrapped, which shows a lot of care. Since it's tsukemen, I had to wait a little longer, and then the dipping sauce, noodles, and candy balls were served in that order, so I took them down to the counter in order. There's plenty of seafood and plenty of beef tendon cooked in a sweet and spicy manner.The dipping sauce is a mysterious combination of the sweetness of the beef tendon and the seafood, making it extremely delicious! It's almost like udon, but when you dip the thick noodles into the sauce, dip half of them in and slurp them... Yup (º ロ º๑) The fatty beef tendon is so flavorful that it's delicious enough to be eaten on its own. Break the "ame-tama" into two with chopsticks, dip it in a little bit of the dipping sauce and enjoy! Yep (º ロ º๑) I managed to finish the large bowl of noodles, made some soup and drank it completely! Thank you for the meal!

Go to Mensha Higeine, located south of JR Amagasaki Station in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture. First visit. Apparently there are two days for tsukemen and ramen, so please refer to the photo for July. Today is ramen day. Lucky for someone like me who doesn't eat much tsukemen! Soy sauce ramen 870 yen! Hmm, beautiful visuals! The soup has a strong flavor with a hint of sweetness. Shellfish? ? It doesn't seem like kelp...I don't know. The noodles are thin, straight, and delicious! The juicy pork and bean sprouts create a nostalgic feel. The kind-looking wife is running the whole thing by herself, and it looks like it's going to be tough... It was a delicious sho ramen! Thank you for the meal!

As of October 2023, we are also open on weekends. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and holidays. Only open for lunch from 11:30. Tsukihi beef tendon tsukemen has a taste that can only be eaten here. The Niboshi Salt Ramen is also delicious.
