Today I came to Amagasaki to eat ramen. I ordered ramen made with beef stock. The appearance and the first bite are like pork bone ramen, but the aftertaste is refreshing, like tail pusu at a yakiniku restaurant. This is delicious, everyone! I ate all the ramen and each topping was delicious. This flavored egg is also delicious as a side dish with rice. Also, the combination of chewy thin noodles and beef pusu is X-GUN! I'll come back if I want to eat hard ramen again.
