I went there for the first time in a long time. Today I stopped eating tsukemen and had chicken salt ramen chashu instead. It's definitely delicious. The taste is just barely balanced, as if it were a stronger flavor than this, it would be a bit overwhelming. The chopped pork belly is also good. There is a ticket vending machine when you enter the store, but if you declare that you are paying with your smartphone, they will come to your table to pick up your menu. They have also started serving tonkotsu ramen. I think it's a good store. Parking available.

When I ordered the soup to be hot, the noodles came still warm lol The noodles are a little less chewy, but the problem with Mitoyo noodles is that the soup gets cold easily, so hot noodles are the answer! Especially recommended during the cold season!

I was a novice at making tsukemen, but the tsukemen tsuyu was very delicious.I was told not to soak it too much, but the tsuyu was so delicious that I ate it with dipping sauce and it was very delicious. ^_^ I want to go eat there again (^^)
